Fresh vs Frozen

According to Dr. Tom Gilliam….

Fruits and veggies from the freezer section of the grocery store actually have vitamins and minerals locked into them.Therefore they are better for you.

Because the produce aisle options have been sitting around losing nutrients before you even get them home.

The problem is….the freezer section also houses the ice-cream!
