Turn it OFF!

Getting quality sleep is the number one way….to keep looking good.

That’s why they call it, “getting your beauty sleep”.

However, if you sleep in the same room as your computer or other gadgets you may be exposing yourself to ‘blue light’ which may interrupt your sleep.

If you doubt me, try turning your electronic devices off or move them into another room for a week.

Ahhhh I feel so much better already…how about you?
